Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing Time: Processed on the same day you place your order

Standard Shipping Time: 2 business days

After successful payment, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to weather, holidays, or logistics service providers.

30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

The item is unused. The item is in its original condition. The packaging is intact. All accessories, instructions, and attachments are included. A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

Returns may not be processed in the following situations:

Item damaged by the customer. Item missing important accessories. Item returned after the 30-day return period. Item showing obvious signs of use that affect resale.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the review result via email.

If your return request is approved:

The refund will be processed within 3 business days.

The funds will be returned to the original payment account.

The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank or payment institution.

If the refund has not arrived after the expected time, we recommend contacting your issuing bank or payment platform for inquiries.

We will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues, shipping damage, or wrong item delivery.

The buyer will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, change of purchase intention, etc.).

Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable.

We will prioritize processing and provide a solution.

Special Notice

Due to long-term operational pressure and continuous losses, the merchant has decided to clear out existing inventory at a loss.

Therefore:

Product inventory is limited;
Some products may not be restocked after selling out;
The clearance sale may end early depending on inventory levels.
